Our clients, on average, successfully graduate from our program in about 90 to 120 days. By then, most are pre-approved, connected with a trusted real estate agent from our preferred network, and out shopping for the home they’ve been dreaming of.

How Pivot 2 Purchase Works

Step 1: Initial Consultation:

We’ll begin by talking through your homeownership goals and confirming you meet our income requirements—so we know credit is the main hurdle. Once we’ve established that, we’ll run a soft-pull credit check (no impact on your score) to see exactly where you stand.

Step 2: Credit Analysis & Customized Action Plan:

We’ll analyze your credit report and craft a tailored plan to boost your scores. Next, we’ll schedule a detailed consultation with our Credit Repair experts who will walk you through your entire credit profile and outline specific strategies for improvement.

Step 3: Ongoing Support & Follow-Up:

As you put your personalized plan into action, our team will guide you at every step. We’ll monitor your credit progress, adjust tactics when needed, and keep you on course to reach your target scores.

Step 4: Graduation & Pre-Approval:

Once your credit has reached the target milestones—usually around 90 to 120 days—you’ll officially graduate from Pivot 2 Purchase. At this stage, we’ll finalize your mortgage pre-approval and connect you with one of our trusted real estate agents, so you can start house hunting with total confidence!

We’re committed to helping you become a homeowner and want you just as invested. That’s why Pivot 2 Purchase requires a four-month commitment—giving you the structure and support needed to make real credit progress and get mortgage-ready.

Program Cost: $129.00 per month for the credit boosting portion of our program.

Four-Month Commitment: We require at least four months in the program. This ensures that we have time to make meaningful improvements and that you stay dedicated to reaching your goals. You can pay the entire four-month commitment upfront or spread it out in monthly installments—whichever works best for you.

Once you graduate from the Pivot 2 Purchase Program, find a home, and close your mortgage with us, we’ll provide a $750 lender credit at closing.
